DELIVERY POLICY
Your complete order will be sent to your designated account on the date specified on your Order
Confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email. The turnaround time will depend on your
package, with a minimum of 2 business days required. If you require an urgent order, please contact our
customer support team.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
At Streamers Design, we maintain records of all finalized designs. In case of a misplaced order, we will
provide you with the exact file to ensure your complete satisfaction.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
Please note that Streamers Design will not be responsible for any communication conducted via platforms
other than "....@streamersdesign.com" or numbers not provided by us on our official website. We cannot
be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of other contact details not provided by us.
We take full responsibility for all information provided through our official domains.
REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions allotted to your selected package can be requested, and we will revise until
your needs are met. We aim to provide the best services to our customers. If the design concepts are not
changed, you will not be charged an additional price. You will receive your revised design within 48
hours.
Any changes or revisions requested after the finalization of the logo designs will be treated as a new
order and charged separately.
REFUND POLICY
Streamers Design's refund policy will be null and void if:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Other companies or designers have been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief is lacking in required information.
- A complete design change has been demanded.
- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
- The business is closing or changing name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not
pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular
service, a refund will only be applicable to that particular service and 'not' the entire
bundle.
- The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are
not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
- In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design
and the website is sent for development.
- A money-back guarantee will only be applicable if the initial designs are completely rejected by
the client. If the said client(s) want additional design concepts and/or request
amendments/modifications in the original design and request a refund (cancellation) on the
placed order after this point, then Streamers Design will be entitled to deduct 33% of the total
billing amount for costs incurred in delivering services, which includes processing fees and
management/service charges.
CLAIM YOUR REFUND
To claim your refund, follow the steps below:
As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest. Once the required
analysis is completed, we will initiate the process.
After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Streamers
Design, and the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright
Agencies to maintain legality.
